Metal Expansion Joints |
Expansion Joints is specifically designed for the industrial pipe fitting applications to put up pipe extension in the piping axial direction. These expansion joints hold two pipes together and extend the length of the pipelines. With their sturdy structure and elevated heat conductive strength, the joints are suitable for conveying hot liquefied and gaseous materials like exhaust gas, steam and water. The expansion joints are comprised of bellows with multiple convolutions that help piping systems to endure high pressure rating. |

Rectangular Expansion Joints |
Rectangular expansion joints are manufactured to individual sizes and functional requirements by combining standard corrugated elements and corner configurations with self-developed fabricating methods to be used as duct expansion joints.
Rectangular expansion joints are provided with either wieldable duct ends or with fabricated angle flanges. These duct expansion joints are normally used in large size ducting with relatively low internal pressure.
The most commonly used material for the bellows elements are austenitic stainless steels of different grades and carbon steel for the end connections. Material selection is mainly determined by the service conditions. We design and manufacture duct expansion joints confirming to the internally recognised E.J.M.A. (Expansion Joints Manufacturers Association) Rectangular duct expansion joints are normally supplied with any of the three corner configurations as illustrated below namely. |

We recommend the following illustrated dimensioning system for bolted fabricated flange configuration. Many times duct expansion joints are supplied with matching flanges to be welded to the other side of the duct which can be bolted with the flanges of the rectangular expansion joints easily. |

Round Expansion Joints |
Our company offers a wide variety of Round Expansions Joints designed for use on low pressure round ducting system with a maximum pressure to 10 psi. Round ducting joints are often utilized in lightweight air handing system such as precipitators/ scrubbers, fans and big blowers to absorb vibration, thermal movement and misalignments. This type of expansion joint is available in a variety of material con figurations such as neoprene, epdm, chlorobutyl, hypalon or viton elastomer with nylon, kevlar or polyester tyre cord reinforcement. Flanged style of ducting expansion joints are drilled to customers specifications. Round duct expansion joints can also be manufactured with a slip-on connection where no mating flange exists. The joint is manufactured to the exact outside diameter of the duct and simply slipped onto the pipe. Stainless steel/carbon steel bands hold the joint securely in place. |
